Pricing questions
What counts as a matter?+
A matter is one case. Creating it counts once against the month, regardless of how many documents you upload to it, how many agents you run, or how many people work on it. Reopening an existing matter later does not count again.
What happens if we go over?+
You are told as you approach the limit and again when you reach it. Existing matters keep working — you just cannot create new ones until the month rolls over or you move up a plan.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. A firm of forty pays the same as a firm of four on the same plan, because the work is in the caseload, not the headcount.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?+
No setup fee, and paid plans are monthly. Enterprise agreements are negotiated and can be annual if you prefer.
What happens to our data if we leave?+
Everything stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation. Nothing is deleted during that window.
